Vote for Medical Freedom May 16

Vote for Medical Freedom May 16

This is a critical special election as it will determine which party gains the majority control of the PA House. No matter which party, if any, you are  registered with, you can vote in this special election if you live in House District 163 or 108 (see below). This is not a primary election, it is a
special election occurring during the primary election.

1. Two Special Elections for PA House of Representatives

  • HOUSE DISTRICT 163 | Part of DELAWARE COUNTY: Aldan, Clifton Heights, Collingdale BOUROUGHS; Parts of Darby & Upper Darby TOWNSHIPS
  • HOUSE DISTRICT 108 | All of MONTOUR and Part of NORTHUMBERLAND Counties consisting of the CITY of Sunbury and the TOWNSHIPS of Delaware, East Chillisquaque, Lewis, Point, Rockefeller, Rush, Turbot, Upper Augusta and West Chillisquaque and the BOROUGHS of McEwensville, Milton, Northumberland, Riverside, Snydertown, Turbotville and Watsontown.
    • Michael Stender (R) –  www.stenderforpa.com He says he is conservative AND plans to protect constitutional rights and freedoms; defend our rights and values.
    • Elijah Scretching (L) – www.facebook.com/scretching He says he is against all government mandates on vaccines, vaccine passports, and forced masking, because these policies interfere with individual autonomy and personal choice. Believes that individuals should have the right to make their own healthcare decisions, in consultation with your doctors, without government coercion or compulsion. This includes the
right to refuse medical treatments or interventions that you believe are not in your best interest..

3. Three Statewide Judge Positions

PCIC is recommending two judge candidates – Josh Prince and Patricia McCullough – within the three statewide races. Both Josh Prince and Patricia McCullough have a history of action proving that they will stand up for our constitutional rights and medical freedom specifically.

PA JUSTICE SUPREME COURT

 PA JUDGE COMMONWEALTH COURT
  • Josh Prince (R), statewide candidate for Commonwealth Court, RECOMMENDED BY PCIC as a proven defender of medical freedom rights. If you’ve sought out civil liberty legal information or lawyer contact details you’re probably already aware of Josh Prince. Josh’s law firm litigated key cases as seen here: www.princeforjustice.com/cases. His firm wrote over 100 religious based exemptions for the COVID-19 vaccine mandates and represented businesses whose rights were being trampled on during the past three years of liberty restrictions. Josh was the first attorney in the Commonwealth to file a challenge, before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, to the disastrous COVID lockdowns, even when Governor Wolf declared that law firms were non-essential and attempted to preclude him from challenging the unconstitutional restriction. (See more about Butler Co. v Tom Wolf here https://casetext.com/case/cnty-of-butler-v-wolf-1). Read more at his website: www.princeforjustice.com/

PA JUDGE SUPERIOR COURT

PCIC is non-partisan organization; however, the voting history and court decisions from the Democrat elected officials over the last few years have proven that those who desire medical freedom should not vote for Democrat candidates at this time. We are aware that Republican, Libertarian and Independent candidates do not always vote and rule for medical freedom and constitutional rights either.  This is why taking the time to research and looking at the proven history of candidates’ votes and rulings is critical.

Now is the time to plan your run for office in 2024 and beyond! Run for your local school board, a health department, a local or state office. If you believe in medical freedom, it is time to take action!
