Vaccines would not be able to be mandated by the state. It would be illegal for a state agency to require vaccines as a condition of employment, access to education, the ability to travel, or for entry to a public place.
In order for individuals to receive a vaccine as part of a mass vaccination program, they would need to receive informed consent including vaccine ingredients, risks, and benefits, and all vaccine ingredients and be vaccination without coercion.
Employers would not be able to take any adverse employment action against employees who decline vaccination.
It would be illegal to discriminate against individuals based on vaccine status. Businesses and medical providers could not deny entrance, service, ability to purchase goods, and medical care.
Individuals would not be able to be forced or coerced into signing a vaccination waiver that does not align with their beliefs.
