Pennsylvania’s workforce is in imminent danger as corporations threaten the jobs of employees who choose not to take the COVID-19 injection.

1. CALL REPRESENTATIVE BENNINGHOFF’S HARRISBURG OFFICE AT (717) 783-1918 AND TELL THE STAFF THAT PENNSYLVANIA WORKERS NEED HB262 MOVED TO THE HOUSE FLOOR FOR A VOTE BEFORE SUMMER BREAK. 
If HB262, the Right to Refuse Act, stalls in the legislative process throughout the summer session break, thousands of employees will very likely be forced to either take this experimental shot or lose their jobs.
We MUST urge House Majority Leader and Rules Committee Chairman, Representative Kerry A Benninghoff, to move this bill forward now.

2. CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVE (HOUSE) AT THEIR HARRISBURG OFFICE AND ASK THEM TO DO THREE THINGS:

• VOTE YES ON HB262 The Right to Refuse Act gives employees the right to refuse an injection or invasive test in the workplace. 
• VOTE YES ON SB618 The Prohibiting Vaccine Passports Bill prohibits any state, municipal or local entity (including schools that take state funding) from requiring a vaccine passport. 
• BUDGET Please don’t approve a budget that provides funding to any college or hospital that requires vaccines for their employees or students yet won’t accept all three vaccine exemptions (philosophical, religious, medical).
