Pennsylvania House Representative Daryl Metcalfe has introduced House Bill 286, named the Informed Consent Protection Act.  This bill will end the common practice of pediatric health care discrimination by removing financial pressure placed on pediatric offices by the insurance industry's "pay-for-performance" process.  This bill also financially protects doctors, prohibits CPS investigations based on vaccine choice, and has several additional provisions to promote and enhance informed consent for vaccine choice.
